Autumn Spriggs is the new Project Manager in the Office of the President

In her new role, Autumn will serve as an integral part of the Office of the President, responsible for developing and implementing project management infrastructure(s), establishing and managing operational and advisory committees, and managing the reporting framework for initiatives and projects under the Equity Imperative (and the new plan under development). Ā In collaboration with theĀ deputyĀ chief ofĀ staff, Autumn will monitor the quality control of projects and reporting units. Ā Autumn will also be a back-up to theĀ deputyĀ chief ofĀ staffĀ regardingĀ strategic initiatives, including coordinating the communication and integration of initiatives, incubated units, and general project management interactions with UDCā€™s internal academic and operational units as the Universityā€™s external partners and stakeholders.

Autumn grew up in various parts of Maryland and has been an officialĀ D.C.Ā resident for four years.Ā Ā Previously, Autumn worked for a national nursing organization, providingĀ high-value resources to nursing students inĀ masterā€™s and doctoralĀ degreeĀ programs.Ā Ā She holds a bachelorā€™s degree from Elon University,Ā withĀ a dual majorĀ inĀ psychology and English.Ā Ā Outside of the office, you can often find her out for a run, trying new restaurants with friends, or reading for her book club.
