Dust off your résumés, cover letters and power suits, North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University will host its annual in-person, fall career fair, Wednesday Sept. 14, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Corbett Sports Center. Additonally, a virtual career fair will be held Thursday, Sept. 15, noon to 6 p.m. via Handshake.
The career fair provides an opportunity for students and alumni to engage with employers from local as well as global companies and corporations. From Amazon to 3M, Apple to Honeywell and more than 200 additional employers in between, hiring managers know the level of excellence A&T students bring to the table and they are excited to recruit students of all majors.
During the fair, employers and students will have the opportunity to network, discuss career options and explore industry trends. Faculty and staff are encouraged to attend to bridge education and employment. Many employers will remain on campus for next day interviews.
Consistently among one of the largest fairs held by universities within North Carolina, significant interest has precipitated full capacity with more than 200 and 213 employers slated to be in attendance for the in-person and virtual fairs, respectively, soliciting internship, co-op and full-time opportunities.
The fair is open to enrolled A&T students and alumni. A list of participants and additional information is available online. Business professional attire is strongly recommended for the fair.
