The HBCU All-Star Game will celebrate its 5th anniversary on April 5, 2026, at Corteva Coliseum in Indianapolis, coinciding with the Final Four weekend.

Founded by Travis L. Williams, HBCU All-Stars, LLC is a Black-owned sports marketing, events, and media company dedicated to celebrating the excellence of Historically Black Colleges and Universities through sports, culture, and education.

The HBCU All-Star Game showcases top basketball talent from HBCUs and aims to uplift students, families, and communities through education, leadership, and service.

“After 17 successful years in October 2019, God placed an amazing vision in my spirit to do something to change the trajectory of our historic black college and university,” said Travis L. Williams, CEO and founder of HBCU All-Stars, LLC.

HBCU All-Stars, LLC is committed to leaving a lasting impact in Indianapolis by donating caps and gowns to students in need across 10 IPS and township high schools.

The organization is partnering with the Indianapolis Urban League to create scholarship opportunities for local Black youth.

The event will include a college admissions fair, exposing Metro Indianapolis high school students to HBCUs, with participation from 40 to 50 HBCUs.

Ancillary events surrounding the game include a Friday fun day, an Easter egg hunt, and a community awards ceremony honoring local leaders.

The HBCU All-Star Game will feature the top 24 HBCU All-Stars representing the MEAC, SWAC, CIAA, SIEC, and independent schools like Tennessee State, Hampton, and Howard.

The HBCU All-Star Game promises to be more than just a basketball event, aiming to empower the next generation and celebrate the excellence of HBCUs both on and off the court.
