Lemoyne-Owen College, an HBCU located in the heart of Memphis, has unveiled a new million-dollar renovation plan for a new building.
According to their permit filing, the school will renovate a building that is set to be the new home to their School of Business of Entrepreneurship.
The documents include renderings of the new building, and the plans for a renovation project estimated to cost around $1.5 million.

Lemoyne-Owen’s President, Christopher Davis, says the following about the new plans:
The planned renovation of the former Bethel Presbyterian Church property represents an important step in the College’s long-term vision for expanding and enhancing the School of Business and Entrepreneurship.
While the project remains in the planning and development process, we are excited about the potential to transform this historic community asset into a space that supports student learning, entrepreneurship, and workforce development.
