Willey (College) University recently announced its new and free community Financial Literacy and Wellness Program! This program was made possible through a grant the University received from the T.D. Jakes Foundation and Wells Fargo Bank.

Earlier this year in April, it was announced that “The T.D. Jakes Foundation (TDJF), with funding from Wells Fargo, proudly announces more than $9 million in grants to 13 organizations across the United States.” This grant included three HBCUs of which Wiley was one of the recipients, receiving $1.5 million to develop property near campus for homeownership, entrepreneurship, and integrated learning experiences.”
