Clark Atlanta University to Lead Regional Center for Entrepreneurship as part of PNC $16.8 Million Grant

The national center will be located on the campus of Howard University, and will use a regional structure to include programming at three regional HBCUsā€”Clark Atlanta University, Morgan State University, and Texas Southern University. CAU will lead the South region, including HBCUs in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Kentucky, and Tennessee. President Glenda Glover, along with student leaders and university officials, buried the time capsule during a lively, socially-distanced ceremony on the main campus. It will be unearthed in 2041. Howard University Targets $11 Million in COVID-19 Aid to Direct Student Grants

By the Howard University Newsroom, Howard University today said it would directly distribute to students $11 million in funding from the COVID-19 related Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF). The financial aid distribution represents another step the University is taking to strengthen need-based financial support to students.
