By Savannah State University A new art exhibition is available for viewing at Savannah State University, featuring the 3D sculptural work of local blacksmith Gilbert Walker. Savannah State University’s Visual and Performing Arts Program is now featuring “From Slave to Solider to Freedom,” a solo exhibition by local blacksmith and 3D sculptural artist, Gilbert Walker. The exhibition is available for viewing Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. until May 9. PVAMU Joins Deloitte Program to Boost Black CPAs

By Prairie View A&M University Prairie View A&M University and Texas A&M University are continuing their mission of increasing research collaborations between the two institutions. PVAMU and Texas A&M are awarding $400,000 in grants to support ten PVAMU-Texas A&M teams of faculty investigators to support research projects under the 2022 Panther Research and Innovation for Scholarly Excellence grant program.
